All sessions include work on apparatus and mats. Jump-board classes incorporate jumping on the reformer for an added cardio-workout – also great for building bone density.
If you have NEVER taken a class on Pilates apparatus, please contact us first before signing up for group sessions. Most likely you’ll be able to join a group, but let’s chat first. We want to make Pilates accessible to everyone, but we also want you to be safe, and experience the true benefits Pilates provides when practiced properly.

When we hear from you we will send you instructions on how to set up your account in our Mind-Body scheduling system. WHAT WE OFFER IN THE PILATES STUDIO
Private: 55 minute 1 on 1 sessions where you’ll focus on your specific needs and goals. This is the optimal way for those new to Pilates to integrate the work into mind and body. Privates are also ideal for anyone coping with chronic conditions or recovering from injury or other life changing events. They’re excellent for elite athletes, dancers and movement pros in training. They’re a wonderful gift to give to yourself or a loved one.
Partner: 55 minutes sessions with 1 instructor training 2 people. Partner sessions are fun for couples, friends and family members, and they’re also a great way to make new friends. Mixed level sessions are not a problem. If you don’t have a partner, but are interested in sharing your session, let us know and we’ll do the best we can to find you a good match.
Group: 55 minute sessions for 3-5 people, taught by 1 instructor. Pilates & Arts Echo Park offers many group sessions 7 days a week. The classes are small, which means you’ll receive instruction that pays attention to the details, so important when practicing Pilates.
